  1. Residential Counselors, make a difference

Seall, Inc is now accepting applications for full and part-time residential counselors for second shift. Our organization has been providing community based residential treatment programs since 1971. Seall is committed to quality and unparalleled service to troubled individuals, their families and their communities. The ideal candidate is reliable, has excellent communication skills and must be able to offer a supportive environment as well as model respectful and appropriate behavior.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing all resident activity, assisting with recreational activities, and addressing problems quickly and effectively.

Seall’s starting pay for all new hires is $20.00 per hour. We also offer “sign-on” bonuses to all full- time new hires of $1000 paid in quarterly installments and $500 to all part- time new hires who work a minimum of 2 days per week. This will also be in quarterly installments.

There is a shift differential for those who work second shift (3 PM. to 11 PM.) of $1.00 more per hour.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent, College preferred
  • Must be able to pass an extensive background check
  • Experience with youth preferred

2.  CLINICIAN

Seall Inc. has been providing community based residential treatment programs since 1971. Seall Inc is committed to quality and unparalleled service to troubled individuals. The Clinician position is responsible for providing a comprehensive set of trauma informed clinical treatment services to up to 18 adolescents on an individual or group setting at our 204 Depot Street Program for adolescents. They will also be responsible for staff training and support on relevant clinical topics.

Qualifications:

A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Clinical Psychology. Licensed by the State of Vermont or license eligible.

Experience in providing services to adolescents or young adults in a professional setting, school or community based services and familiarity with substance abuse treatment.

A working knowledge of evidence based clinical practices for young adults and adolescents.

Work well in a crisis situation.
