Residential Counselors

4 DAY WORK WEEK (36 HOURS)

Seall, Inc is now accepting applications for full and part-time residential counselors for second shift. Our organization has been providing community based residential treatment programs since 1971. Seall is committed to quality and unparalleled service to troubled individuals, their families and their communities. The ideal candidate is reliable, has excellent communication skills and must be able to offer a supportive environment as well as model respectful and appropriate behavior.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing all resident activity, assisting with recreational activities, and addressing problems quickly and effectively.

Seall’s starting pay for all new hires is $20.00 per hour. 

There is a shift differential for those who work second shift (3 PM. to 11 PM.) of $1.00 more per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass background check
• Experience with youth preferred
